Delivery Policy
 

Delivery Policy:
Gifts A GoGo is bound to the shipping rules and regulations of each shipping carrier. Once the carrier receives the gift package, Gifts A GoGo has no control over the actual delivery time. We declare that once the package has been given to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Gifts A GoGo. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Gifts A GoGo will not refund or resend any package that has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier even if the recipient claims non-receipt or no delivery. It is possible that the package was left on the front porch, side door, with neighbors or leasing office, the garage area, etc. We would recommend that the recipient contact the delivering carrier directly to verify where the package was placed and time.

Gifts A GoGo has no control over a shipping carrier’s decision if the location is considered a safe to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Gifts A GoGo for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Options
 

Super Saver Ground - Delivery in 3 to 7 business days: Rates are per gift.
We cannot ship Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts using this shipping method.
Cookie bouquets cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Standard Ground - Delivery in 3 to 5 business days:
We cannot ship Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts using this shipping method.
Cookie bouquets cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

3 Day Express - Delivery within 3 business days:
Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts must arrive within the week they are shipped.  The last day for 3 Day Express is Tuesday; Monday is not an arrival option.
Cookie bouquets, Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

2nd Day Express - Delivery in 2 business days:
Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts must arrive within the week they are shipped.  The last day for 2nd Day Express is Wednesday; Monday is not an arrival option.
Cookie bouquets, Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day - Delivers next business day with some limited exceptions.
Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts must arrive within the week they are shipped.  The last day for Next Day is Thursday; Monday is not an arrival option.
Cookie bouquets, Cheese Cakes, Fruit Baskets, or Perishable Gifts cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Policies and Information
 

Same Day Shipping:
Orders received before 10:00 AM Eastern Time during standard business days are generally shipped the same business day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time, on weekends or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Ground shipment delivery dates are not guaranteed.  2nd day air shipments are guaranteed to arrive within two business days of the ship date.  Next day air shipments are guaranteed to arrive by the next business day afternoon.  If an air shipment is late, we will issue a credit for the shipping costs. 

Please Note:  We cannot guarantee delivery dates for circumstances beyond our control, which include unsuccessful delivery attempts, carrier weather delays, incorrect addresses, etc.  No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Shipping Chocolate to Warmer Climates or Summer Months: (75 F or above)
During the summer months chocolate will melt in the heat! To minimize this we strongly recommend using an expedited service when shipping chocolate gifts coffee cup candies, candy bouquets, to warmer climates or in summer months (75 F or above). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your chocolate gifts will not melt once it leaves one of our facilities. It is your responsibility to select the appropriate shipping option for your gifts but if you have questions we are here to help. From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our Customer Service department and sent to our product return mailing address. The same rules apply if you are looking to exchange a gift. Please contact our customer service department for further assistance.

Shipping to Hospitals, Schools, and Government Buildings:
Please take note that we cannot guarantee that your gift will be delivered on your desired date if you are sending it to a hospital, school or government building. Those institutions have their own receiving system for process incoming packages and your gift may be held in a receiving room or shipping area for some time before it is delivered. We recommend shipping your gift to local friend, family member or co-worker who can deliver your gift.  Gifts A GoGo cannot refund any order to a hospital, school or government building, for any reason that is out of our control. If you have questions please contact Customer Service for help.

International Shipping: At this time, Gifts A GoGo does not ship outside of the United States.

PO Box Destinations:
Gifts A GoGo does ship to P.O. Box destinations. However, all U.S. Postal Service "USPS" shipments do take one to two extra days to ship out and do not fall under our standard shipping guidelines. US mail delivery offers limited tracking information and are not as reliable as UPS and or Federal Express. Tracking information may or may not include various scans, as the item is en-route to the destination. Not all postal shipments will be trackable prior to delivery. Gifts A GoGo is not responsible for non-trackable packages or shipments. You ship these items at your own risk and replacement items will not be shipped when an item is not tractable. Once an item is delivered, it will offer proof of delivery. Standard ground service is the only option on all postal shipments. We do not offer express service of any kind on USPS shipments.
 

Holidays and Closures:

  • We are closed and no processing or shipping will occur on the following days.
  • All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.
  • May 25th and May 28th, 2012 in observance of Memorial Day
  • July 4th and July 5th, 2012 in observance of Independence Day
  • September 3rd and September 4th, 2012 in observance of Labor Day
  • November 22nd and 23rd, 2012 in observance of Thanksgiving
  • December 24rd and 25th, 2012
    • Only shipping of orders placed before 2 PM EST on 12/21/2012 will ship 12/26/2012.
    • No shipping occurs at Gifts A GoGo on 12/23 or 12/26, 2012
  • December 30th, 2012 in observance of New Years Eve
What is your return policy?
  Here at Gifts A GoGo, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products.  If you are unhappy with an item please email us.  Be sure to include your original order number, name, telephone number, the best time to get in touch with you and a detailed explanation of the problem. Problems with your order must be reported to us within three days of shipment receipt in order for the guarantee to be valid.  One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you within one business day.  We will work with you to rectify the situation.

If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the gift cost (excluding shipping charges).  All packing should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.

Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address, are not guaranteed.

Gifts containing food items, perishables, personalized gift items and candy or cookie bouquets cannot be returned.  Refunds will not be issued for perishable packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

The gift photo shown online are accurate depictions of what your gift will look like when you or your recipient opens his/her package.  Please keep in mind that due to demand, it may be necessary for us to “occasionally” substitute items of equal or greater value than those shown online.  We will always use an item with a similar theme or genre.  No refunds will be issued for an item that we had to replace.  During the warmer months, we may substitute chocolate items with another item more suitable for shipping during the warmer months.   Any substitutions made within the arrangement will achieve the same overall shape, style and color effect.
