Gifts A GoGo has no control over a shipping carrier’s decision if the location is considered a safe to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Gifts A GoGo for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Super Saver Ground - Delivery in 3 to 7 business days: Rates are per gift.
Standard Ground - Delivery in 3 to 5 business days:
3 Day Express - Delivery within 3 business days:
2nd Day Express - Delivery in 2 business days:
Next Day - Delivers next business day with some limited exceptions.

Same Day Shipping:
Ground shipment delivery dates are not guaranteed. 2nd day air shipments are guaranteed to arrive within two business days of the ship date. Next day air shipments are guaranteed to arrive by the next business day afternoon. If an air shipment is late, we will issue a credit for the shipping costs.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee delivery dates for circumstances beyond our control, which include unsuccessful delivery attempts, carrier weather delays, incorrect addresses, etc. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Shipping Chocolate to Warmer Climates or Summer Months: (75 F or above)
Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our Customer Service department and sent to our product return mailing address. The same rules apply if you are looking to exchange a gift. Please contact our customer service department for further assistance.
Shipping to Hospitals, Schools, and Government Buildings:
International Shipping: At this time, Gifts A GoGo does not ship outside of the United States.
PO Box Destinations:
Gifts A GoGo does ship to P.O. Box destinations. However, all U.S. Postal Service "USPS" shipments do take one to two extra days to ship out and do not fall under our standard shipping guidelines. US mail delivery offers limited tracking information and are not as reliable as UPS and or Federal Express. Tracking information may or may not include various scans, as the item is en-route to the destination. Not all postal shipments will be trackable prior to delivery. Gifts A GoGo is not responsible for non-trackable packages or shipments. You ship these items at your own risk and replacement items will not be shipped when an item is not tractable. Once an item is delivered, it will offer proof of delivery. Standard ground service is the only option on all postal shipments. We do not offer express service of any kind on USPS shipments.

|Here at Gifts A GoGo, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with an item please email us. Be sure to include your original order number, name, telephone number, the best time to get in touch with you and a detailed explanation of the problem. Problems with your order must be reported to us within three days of shipment receipt in order for the guarantee to be valid. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you within one business day. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the gift cost (excluding shipping charges). All packing should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address, are not guaranteed.
Gifts containing food items, perishables, personalized gift items and candy or cookie bouquets cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued for perishable packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
The gift photo shown online are accurate depictions of what your gift will look like when you or your recipient opens his/her package. Please keep in mind that due to demand, it may be necessary for us to “occasionally” substitute items of equal or greater value than those shown online. We will always use an item with a similar theme or genre. No refunds will be issued for an item that we had to replace. During the warmer months, we may substitute chocolate items with another item more suitable for shipping during the warmer months. Any substitutions made within the arrangement will achieve the same overall shape, style and color effect.
